Michael J. Considine is a graduate of Amherst College (B.A. 1974), and the University of Connecticut School of Law (J.D. 1978). He practiced for eight years as a public defender and supervisor at the Brooklyn and Manhattan Trial Offices of The Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division, in New York City, before opening his general practice of law at 49 Main Street in Lee, Massachusetts in 1989. In 2024, he became a partner in the new law firm, CONSIDINE LEARY & ARNOLD LLP. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York.
The firm is a Tanglewood Business Partner, and Michael has served on the Berkshire Music School Board of Trustees, Berkshire Opera Company Board, Stockbridge Golf Club Board of Directors, Lee Industrial Realty Board, and Lenox Youth Drug & Alcohol Commission. Shawn P. Leary is a graduate of Smith College (B.A. 1977), and the New York University School of Law (J.D. 1982) where she was a Root-Tilden Scholar. She worked as a staff attorney at the Brooklyn Neighborhood Office and the Homeless Family Rights Project of The Legal Aid Society, Civil Division, in New York City, and at Western Massachusetts Legal Services in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, before joining Michael J. Considine in practice at 49 Main Street in Lee in 1995. In 2024, she became a partner in the new law firm, CONSIDINE LEARY & ARNOLD LLP. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York.
The firm is a Tanglewood Business Partner, and Shawn currently serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lenox, the Board of Directors of the Lenox Land Trust, and as Co-Chair of Community Legal Aid's Berkshire Access to Justice Committee. She has also served on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Pro Bono Services, Elder Services of Berkshire County Board of Directors, Lenox Library Association Board of Trustees, and the Shakespeare & Company Advisory Board. She is a member of the Berkshire County and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

Adrienne L. Arnold is a graduate of Boston University (B.A. 2011, Latin Honors) and the University of Houston Law Center (J.D. 2017, Houston Law Review). Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, she has worked in Berkshire County since 2019, specializing in real estate law. In 2024, she became a partner in the new law firm, CONSIDINE LEARY & ARNOLD LLP. Adrienne is available both during and outside business hours to field questions and provide advice to her clients.
The firm is a Tanglewood Business Partner, and Adrienne serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce, the Real Estate Committee for Construct Inc. and the Fairview Hospital. She is a member of the Berkshire County and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

Haley G. Schopp is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College (B.A. 2017, Spanish & Government). After spending a year at the Quinnipiac University School of Law, she graduated from the The George Washington University Law School as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar (J.D. 2023). A native of Canaan, Connecticut, and licensed to practice in both the State of Connecticut and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Haley has worked in Berkshire County for years, first as a paralegal and now as a lawyer specializing in real estate, estate planning, zoning and permitting, and corporate work. In 2025, she became a partner at CONSIDINE LEARY & ARNOLD LLP.
The firm is a Tanglewood Business Partner. Haley volunteers as a language tutor with the Literacy Network of South Berkshire, and has experience tutoring young refugees with language skills and academics. She is a member of the Berkshire County and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

Mary Ann Saunders, Real Estate Paralegal, is a graduate of Berkshire Community College (B.S., 1991), as well as the Real Estate Law program of Westfield State College (1992). She specializes in real estate, and has worked at the firm since its inception in 1989.

Donna Colbert joined the firm in 2011 with both business and legal experience, having worked for twenty years at KayBee Toys in Computer Programming and Human Resources, and seven years at the Lenox law office of the late Attorney Jeffrey Sosne. She specializes in real estate, estate planning, and probate.
